• All guest rooms will be booked individually by attendees and with all charges including incidentals at their own expense.

 

• The above rates are based on a maximum of two persons per room and are available three days prior and three days after the main group dates of March 23-26, 2018.

 

• Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. *Early check-in and late checkouts are based on availability only. Late Check Outs Until 3:00PM are subject to a $50 surcharge, from 3:00 - 6:00PM a $150 surcharge and after 6:00PM full charge. Kindly advise the Resort in advance of arrival times / departure times in order that we may prepare accordingly.
